Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from SourceForge Software Services Pvt Ltd, including subscriptions to our SaaS products and professional services engagements.
1. SaaS subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided usage during this period has been minimal.
2. One-time purchases
Refunds for assessments and other one-time digital products are considered on a case-by-case basis when the issue is a clear product defect.
3. Professional services
Professional services engagements are governed by the signed Statement of Work. Refunds are not applicable to delivered work products.
4. Process
To request a refund, contact billing@sourceforge.in. We aim to respond within three working days. Approved refunds are processed within seven working days via the original payment method.
5. Disputes
Any disputes related to refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
