SourceForge crosses 11 countries of customer deployments

Customer rollouts now span India, the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE), Southeast Asia, the UK and North America — across ERP, POS, hospitality, education and marketing products.

SourceForge today crossed eleven countries of active customer deployments — a milestone that reflects the company's transition from a domestic Indian services shop to a global product company over the past five years. Active deployments now span India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

The international expansion has been customer-led rather than market-led — Indian diaspora business owners deploying SourceForge ERP at family-owned operations in the UAE; jewellery chains expanding from India into Saudi Arabia with the Gold & Jewellery ERP's ZATCA Phase 2 module; UK-based Microsoft Business Central partners reselling the AI Assistant for Business Central; North American D2C founders running Marketing OS on USD billing through Stripe.

Operational support spans Indian Standard Time as the anchor, with extended cover for IST ± 4 hours across the seven days of the week. Customer billing is in INR via Razorpay or USD via Stripe, with workspace currency locked once billing starts. Every customer site, regardless of country, receives the standard 72-hour on-site go-live support — by SourceForge consultants travelling from the Kolkata office.

The eleven-country milestone is being marked internally with a recommitment to product-portability principles. Every product remains deployable on any Docker host — Hostinger VPS, AWS, Azure, on-prem, air-gapped — with host-specific configuration kept rigorously separate from application code.
