Planning Studio is a visual scheduling layer on top of standard BC Manufacturing and Projects. Three interchangeable Gantt boards — Operations, Project and Unified Resource — sit alongside the Planning Worksheet and give planners a finite-capacity view with alt-machine, gap-close, secondary constraints and material readiness handled natively.
The AI Copilot is Anthropic Claude, called directly from the AL layer with the API key in Isolated Storage. Every prompt is logged. Two-gated on a license entitlement and a per-tenant setup opt-in. Suggestions land in an AI Suggestions page — a human clicks Accept or nothing happens.
Plan versions with KPI snapshots, late-risk prediction, shop-floor mobile progress reporting and Teams/Outlook notifications ship in the box. Change audit with undo/redo means aggressive rescheduling is safe — every drag is reversible. AppSource submission is in progress; PTE delivery is available today.
