SpendFlow is a fully-embedded T&E, corporate-card, per-diem, mileage, approval, commitment and GL-posting suite for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Twenty-two modules cover the entire lifecycle from mobile receipt capture through posted GL entry, and every AI call is brokered through SourceForge SpendFlow Cloud with per-field confidence logging.
Country packs at launch: W1, EU, UK, GCC and US, wired through a vendor-neutral ITaxPack interface so new regions ship as packs, not code changes. The extension declares zero required dependencies on any other AppSource app; sibling integrations are discovered at runtime through ISiblingIntegration.
Pricing is per tenant, tiered by module entitlement — a 50-employee customer and a 500-employee customer on the same modules pay the same price. AppSource submission is in progress; PTE delivery is available for customers who need it earlier.
